From May 7 to 9, 2021, the "Mengzhimo Cup" 7th National College Students Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition Heilongjiang Province Selection Competition and National Competition Test Competition, exclusively sponsored by Mengzhimo, came to an end at Harbin Institute of Technology (Gymnasium). Top talents from 147 teams from 15 universities in Heilongjiang Province participated in the competition. This competition was carried out in full accordance with the national competition standards and tested for the national finals.

The competition was hosted by the Education Department of Heilongjiang Province, organized by Harbin Institute of Technology, and co-organized by the Metalworking Research Association of Heilongjiang Province. We hope to use this competition as an opportunity to promote the innovative development of engineering courses and the development of college students' practical ability and innovative spirit. The opening ceremony was hosted by Pan Xudong, Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology and Director of the Engineering Innovation and Practice Center of Harbin Institute of Technology. As Professor Shen Yi, Assistant to the President of Harbin Institute of Technology, announced the opening of the competition, the students plunged into the fierce competition.

The competition is divided into four tracks: Engineering Basics Track, “Smart+” Track, Virtual Simulation Track and Engineering Maker Track.

At the competition site, Mengzhimo's latest circuit printing technology and new T-series equipment entered the competition community, providing on-site circuit production support for participating teams. Among them, the "Competitive Fighting Robot Competition" of the "Engineering Maker Track" became Mengzhimo's main technical support target.

The participating teams of this event need to complete the design, production, installation and debugging of the fighting robots on site. The power conversion module that controls the defensive vehicles in the main fighting area is printed and produced on site by Mengzhimo T series equipment.

After a fierce competition, all contestants gave full play to their imagination, cleverly combined design and application, and successfully completed the competition. This "Mengzhimo Cup" National College Students Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition is another major milestone for Mengzhimo in the field of engineering and innovative education. Previous competitions include the 2020TI Cup Analog Electronic System Design Special Invitational Competition, the 2019 BRICS Youth Maker Competition, and the 2019 Shanghai College Students Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition. Mengzhimo has also left its mark in other competitions.

In addition, the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education has been actively organizing relevant enterprises to support colleges and universities to jointly carry out industry-university cooperation and collaborative education projects since 2017. Mengzhimo has actively responded since the first batch of projects. It has currently carried out industry-university cooperation and collaborative education projects with many universities across the country, including Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Chongqing University, and has established a liquid metal electronic additive manufacturing innovation practice base with Harbin Institute of Technology, the host school of this competition.

Mengzhimo will also take "lowering the threshold of electronic manufacturing and making creativity within reach" as its mission and continue to provide more abundant, professional and convenient electronic production technologies and products for the fields of engineering and innovative education.
