Raising 1 billion yuan, this domestic equipment manufacturer officially enters the Science and Technology Innovation Board

On March 3, the application of Jiangsu Microguide Nanotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Microguide Nano") for listing on the Science and Technology Innovation Board was officially accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

According to the information, Microguide Nano takes atomic layer deposition (ALD) technology as its core and is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of advanced micro- and nano-level thin film deposition equipment, providing advanced thin film deposition equipment, supporting products and services to downstream customers.

ALD equipment is a key equipment for integrated circuit advanced process wafer manufacturing. It has a wide range of applications in 28nm and below process logic chips, 17nm and below DRAM chips, 3D NAND, as well as new memory and new application markets.

Microguide Nano's ALD equipment is currently mainly used in the photovoltaic field. At the same time, it has also increased its research and development of new products in other fields such as semiconductors, and achieved breakthroughs in domestic ALD equipment in key processes for 28nm integrated circuit manufacturing.

It is reported that in the semiconductor field, Microguide Nano is the first domestic equipment company to successfully apply mass-produced High-k atomic layer deposition equipment to the front-end production line of 28nm node integrated circuit manufacturing, and continues to promote verification and application in semiconductors and other sub-sectors.

Financial data shows that the company's revenue in 2018, 2019, 2020 and the first nine months of 2021 was RMB 41.9106 million, RMB 216 million, RMB 313 million and RMB 231 million, respectively; the corresponding net profits in the same period were RMB -28.2747 million, RMB 54.5511 million, RMB 57.0144 million and RMB 20.5548 million, respectively.

Microguide Nano intends to raise 1 billion yuan this time, which after deducting issuance expenses will be used for the expansion and upgrading projects of photovoltaic and flexible electronic equipment based on atomic layer deposition technology, the expansion and upgrading projects of semiconductor supporting equipment based on atomic layer deposition technology, the integrated circuit high-end equipment industrialization application center project, and to supplement working capital.

After the fundraising and investment project reaches full capacity, the company will add an annual production capacity of 120 ALD equipment in the photovoltaic and flexible electronics fields, and an annual production capacity of 40 sets of ALD equipment in the semiconductor field.

Microguide Nano said that the implementation of the fundraising and investment projects will help the company grasp the development trends of the downstream industry, continuously upgrade existing products, improve the company's thin film deposition equipment production capacity and market share, and promote the localization of semiconductor equipment.
