The new STM32H5 series is
based on
the Arm® Cortex®-M33
32-bit core. It is the ideal combination of high performance, safety and economy. Its operating frequency is as high as 250 MHz, with embedded Flash memory of 128 KB to 2MB and 640KB of RAM. The STM32H5 is available in 12 packages (25 to 176 pins) and supports operating ambient temperatures up to 125°C. STM32MP13 MPU series: cost-effective MPU for industrial and security applications
The STM32MP13
microprocessor (MPU) is based on a single-core Arm® Cortex®-A7 core and runs at up to 1GHz. It is equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet interface, providing cost-effective and energy-efficient processing capabilities, and its security has been certified. The product line features advanced security features, including: cryptographic algorithm accelerators to improve hardware robustness; memory protection to prevent unauthorized access; code isolation mechanisms for runtime protection; multiple features to ensure platform certification throughout the product lifecycle; and integrity security ecosystem.
The STM32MP13 microprocessor is designed for entry-level Linux, bare metal or RTOS systems and comes pre-integrated with Microsoft Azure RTOS. The STM32MP135 product line is available in 3 different packages to facilitate cost-effective PCB design.
STM32WBA: a new generation of wireless MCU
STM32WBA is the first 32-bit wireless SoC based on
the
Arm® Cortex®-M33
core to obtain SESIP Level 3 certification and support low-power Bluetooth 5.3 applications. The basic functions provided for wireless IoT devices include: high data rate to ensure fast and reliable Data transmission; long-distance capability to expand communication distance; high output power, output power +10 dBm to expand communication distance; low-power communication function to extend battery life.
The STM32WBA series uses TrustZone® technology to provide a high level of security while protecting data, IP, and preventing hacker attacks or device cloning.
