These new low-power products feature a 24-bit Sigma-Delta analog-to-digital converter (SDADC), as well as innovative dual-zone code flash memory and zone switching functions, which can easily implement firmware online upgrade (FOTA) and are suitable for smart energy management and building automation. , medical equipment, consumer electronics and other IoT applications, these applications all require online firmware upgrade capabilities.

RA2A2 products bring a variety of power supply structures and voltage detection hardware to achieve high energy efficiency and ultra-low power operation. Power consumption can be as low as 100µA/MHz in run mode and as low as 0.40µA in software standby mode. An independently powered real-time clock extends battery life for applications that manage long periods of time under extreme conditions. The new MCUs also offer AES hardware acceleration, a high-precision (±1.0%) high-speed on-chip oscillator, a temperature sensor and a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V.

RA2A2 MCU helps digitize traditional systems. Its main functions include advanced analog sensing, FOTA support, 8KHz/4KHz hybrid sampling and AES hardware accelerator.
