Responsible for all sales activities in the assigned key account and Channel Partner;
1. Coordinate Key accounts/channel partners activities in Greater China;
2. Develop territorial Channel Partner relationships, envision and drive Qorvo's internal marketing/product strategies and collaborations with channel partners.
3. Align Key accounts/channel partners' business strategies with sales activities.
4. Work with account sales team to execute business activities for the key account.

3. Work with and focus on developing business relationship and opportunities in channel partner.

1. BS - Engineering or Science Major or experience equivalent, MS is a plus.
2. 5+ year relevant business oriented job experiences in semiconductor industry, Sales, Marketing are preferred
3. Strong background knowledge and experience in Microelectronic / Electronics Engineering which covers: Semiconductor & IC circuit theory and wireless communication.
4. Good Listen, Speak, Read, Write skills in English and good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
5. Windows, MS office is essential.
6. Integrity, open-mind, self-motivated, team-work spirit, flexible and adaptive, aggressive but not ambitious and goal driven and determining.
1. Support our Sales Management Team.
2. Review, evaluate and analyze forecasts, identify gaps between Contract Manufacturers and End Customer.
3. Highlight issues and communicates internally where supply gaps exist.
4. Key liaison with Customer Service, Logistics and Planning Team.
5. Handle product allocation, particularly advocating for key customer's needs.
6. Uploading forecasts into Portal.
7. Support special reporting as requested by Key Customer.
8. Build and maintain strong collaborative Key Customer and Contract Manufacturers relationships.
9. Ability to communicate and interact at all levels.
10. Support and Track new project launch.
1.
University Degree or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of experience in similar semiconductor environment preferred.
3. Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and other analytical aids to help manage the operation.
4. Hands-on experiences on SAP system.
5. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
6. Ability to collaborate well in a team with positive mindset and attitude.
7. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communications with key customers in our China market (Requirement for Singapore role only).
8. Proficiency in English an added advantage (Requirement for China role only).
9. Selected candidate must be able to travel at times (up to 20%) when required.

2. 3-5 years semiconductor sales or marketing experience required, with RF/Microwave R&D or technical support background is a plus.

1. Product Analysis:
Understand RF Product performance and specifications in receiver and transmitter chain. Such products include: LNA's, Power Amplifiers, ASM, Switch, SAW filter and DCDC etc. Must have good understanding of product functions and applications in system architecture. Must be able to work with matching circuits for various specifications such as PA efficiency and linearity.
2. Product Development Cycle:
Must have technical understanding of complete product cycle from system requirements, applications, design specifications, fabrications, product characterization, qualifications, reliability, assembly, and to high volume productions. Must be able to communicate and address issues at any and all phases.
3. Field Technical support:
Support customers in the field with any and all technical issues involving system architecture (definition, system specifications, block diagrams), product type and family (MMIC's, chip sets, modules), applications (troubleshoot circuits, demonstrate product functionality, offer alternate design methods ), designs (external matching, bias schemes), reliability (MSL, FA's, Thermal analysis), packaging (substrates, MSL, material sets, modules, MMIC's), Assembly (Manufacturing notes, reflow profiles, solder properties, MSL) system board and IC layouts (impedance control, board material, BOM, layer stack up), Testing (performance correlation, yield analysis, qualifications), and failure analysis (RMA, Corrective action). Work with technical team in US offices to communicate and resolve field technical issues.
4. Customer Design Cycle:
Understand customer's design cycles. Communicate effectively to Internal customers on every stage of customer's design cycle, changes, and results. Generate progress reports detailing from design phase to Mass Production including competitive information, key contacts, design platforms, volume, issues, and any other pertinent technical information. Plan and participate customer visits, training, and seminars accordingly.
5. Design and Lab support:
Work with standard RF test equipment such as test box, spectrum analyzer, power meter, signal generator, vector network analyzer, digital scopes, and standard re-work stations. Work with circuit simulation packages such as ADS, Cadence, Microwave office, and PA load pull system.
1. BSEE/MSEE with 4+ years Direct experience in RFIC design and/or Applications.
2. Must have strong RFIC applications knowledge with MMIC's, chip sets, modules, and overall system specifications.
3. Must be familiar with different wireless applications and standards such as GSM, EDGE, TDSCDMA, WCDMA, and LTE.
4. Familiar with radio (Tx/Rx) design is a plus.
5. 3~5 years working experience in handset design industry.
6. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Visio, ADS or equivalent simulation tool.
7. Speak and write English well.
