Mouser Electronics has announced the update of its industrial application sub-site, adding new design resources related to home and factory automation, allowing design engineers to easily find information, resources and technologies about the latest developments in home and factory automation on Mouser.cn, as well as the next-generation components needed to build the most advanced automation systems. This website update stems from Mouser's latest Empowering Innovation Together™ series of home and factory automation activities launched in collaboration with Grant Imahara.
The update to the Industrial Applications subsite includes three block diagrams for home and factory automation applications. The Multimedia Access System for a Home or Factory block diagram shows how live audio and video can be transmitted to a remote location via a wired or wireless connection with very low power consumption. The Internet of Things (IoT) Sensor Node block diagram shows how embedded systems can be interconnected with the IoT, introducing two evolving technologies: wireless connectivity and sensors. The third block diagram in the Home Automation section is for an electronic thermostat application that can be used to track the local date and time and can be programmed with a temperature profile to reduce energy consumption.
By browsing the detailed block diagram, users can get a clear view of the components for various home and engineering automation applications. Clicking any block in the diagram will pop up a list of parts in Mouser's inventory, detailing the recommended components for this system, saving you time and effort in searching.
