Recently, the results of the Great Place to Work® "Best Workplaces in Greater China® 2019" awards were announced, and Micron Technology was listed.

The theme of this year's Great Place to Work® Greater China Annual Summit is "Equality in the Workplace, Better Opportunities for All". More than 200,000 employees from more than 150 companies in mainland China, Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan participated in the award survey, and 44 companies were finally selected to receive this honor. A diverse gathering place

Micron has invested a lot of resources to support women's education and leadership development throughout the year, and has encouraged women to work in the technology field by launching activities such as the Girl's Going Tech training camp. At Micron China, the proportion of female employees has reached 40%. In addition, Micron also attaches great importance to providing sufficient development space for young people.
