Job Responsibilities
-
Circuit design from the transistor level, up to the system level simulation of integrated circuits for signal chain, supervisory, power management and temperature sensor.

Work with product definer and business manager on the product definition, feasibility study and implementation.
-
Layout supervision of integrated circuits to ensure product functionality.

Characterization and evaluation of the integrated circuits, and cooperation with test engineering for product release to production.

Ensuring the products have acceptable manufacturing yields.

MSEE or PhD degree, with at least 5+ years of design and product development industry experience.

Maxim is seeking an Applications Engineer to support signal chain integrated circuitsthrough the full product lifecycle. Products include operation alamplifiers, comparators, current sense amplifiers, voltage references as wellas voltage supervisor used in various applications: consumer, industrial, medical, and communications. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Build evaluation boards and bench automationtest setup

Conduct road-tests, performance optimizationand characterization

Work closely with product definers, design,business management and customers throughout the product evaluation andoptimization

Provide technical support to key customers andfield engineers

Travel to customer site for face-to-facemeetings and support

Job Responsibilities
The Associate, Customer Operations is a challenging and dynamic role, and filled with opportunities for growth. Who is responsible for working with field sales and the local customer operations team to establish, maintain and improve the business relationship between the customer and Maxim Corporate. This position has high visibility within all departments at Maxim and requires working closely with the various Business Units, Sales and Supply Chain to increase revenue at the customer. The Customer Operations Associate is required to add value at every level of transaction and communications, and act as an advocate for the customer within the factory and at the same time represent Maxim in all business transactions. The Customer Operations Associate gathers and disseminates information from the customer to all parties within Maxim and works closely with the field sales team to satisfy customer requests.
Duties and Responsibilities include
1. Tactical Service Support:
-
Quoting related support (Price, MPQ, MOQ, Lead Time, stock availability)
-
Daily backlog management: Purchase orders, change orders, shipment coordination, and reservation management.
-
Develop strategies on how to support customers and expedite lines down situations within Manufacturing and Business Management.
-
Daily interface with Distributors, manage Distributor follow Maxim procedure and policy, train Distributor to improve delivery scorecard performance
-
Lead all quality assurance requests: RMA processing, product change notification, device qualification requests, customer special requests and facility audit requests.
2. Customer Relationship Management
-
Visit Customers and Build Relationship with customers, learn business and market trends from customers.
-
Information dissemination: Analyze forecasts, track project status, monitor design opportunities, understand and implement customer goals and objectives, follow market trends, and control the customer’s perception of Maxim within the factory.

Provide internal/external reports, present account business review to management when necessary.
3. Project/Program Management
