Responsibilities

1. Lead problem solving via. A3, 8D, DOE, PFMEA, SPC tools base on scrap data and front end process quality issue.

2. Identify front end process quality risk and take error-proof action from PFMEA review and Ganba walk, special focus on cost saving project.

3. Handle raw material quality issue during IQC and production to avoid line down, and following up supplier corrective and preventive action.

4. Team work with production/process/equipment engineer to improve IPQC findings.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

2. Ability to drive change.

3. Strong organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment with all levels of personnel.

5. Has rich experience about VDA6.3 process audit.

6. Minimum 2-year-working experience in production, engineering in electrical or electronics Industrial.
