1. Introduction to the original plan

The original solution uses Zigbee+wifi relay and 8266+cc2530X2. The 2530 blankets on the blanket continuously collect data, which consumes a lot of power. In the implementation, a larger battery has to be used, resulting in a more obvious protrusion on the edge of the blanket. At the same time, it needs to be charged frequently, which affects the user experience. The RSLdemo board is powered by a button battery, which is expected to solve the low power consumption problem.

2. RSL10 replaces 2530 and relay method

a. RSL10 data acquisition solution selection

There are many sensors on the RSL10demo development board. The sensors that can be used to replace the original vibration detection function include sound sensors, as shown in the following figure:

Using a sound sensor to detect vibration requires some data processing. In addition to sound, there is also an acceleration sensor, as shown below:

The three-axis acceleration sensor is an on-chip sensor. Considering the volume, the acceleration sensor will have more advantages.

The small demo board also integrates a temperature and humidity sensor. On the basis of completing the original functions, it can also add temperature and humidity detection functions. The temperature and humidity sensor is as shown below:
