The IXDD604/IXDF604/IXDI604/IXDN604 dual high-speed gate drivers are ideal for driving the latest IXYS MOSFETs and IGBTs. Both outputs can source and sink 4A of current, with voltage rise and fall times of less than 10ns. Each driver input is virtually immune to latch-up, and proprietary circuitry eliminates cross-conduction and current "shoot-through". The IXD_604 series features low propagation delays, as well as fast, matched rise and fall times, making it ideal for high-frequency and high-power applications.

The TMOV and iTMOV thermally protected varistors represent the latest advancements in integrated circuit protection technology. Both versions consist of a radial leaded MOV (metal oxide varistor) with an integrated thermally activated element that is designed to disconnect when overheated under conditions such as abnormal overvoltage, limited current, etc. covered in UL 1449. iTMOV varistors differ from TMOV varistors by the introduction of a third lead, which is intended to indicate that the MOV has been disconnected from the circuit. This lead also facilitates connection to a monitoring circuit.
