Topic Summary
/// Intelligent, Internet-connected, and new energy-testing tools help the automotive industry transform
Intelligence, networking, and new energy were the unquestionable technological development directions of the automotive industry at that time. In the process of transformation from traditional cars to intelligent networked cars, many new electronic technologies were introduced, such as ADAS, in-vehicle Ethernet, and V2X. These technologies are precisely traditional and very mature technologies for the communications industry.
Emerging technological innovations have introduced new test specifications for the automotive industry. Keysight Technology is the world's largest test and measurement company in the field of electronic communications. At the same time, we have been working in the automotive and new energy fields for many years. We use our expertise in power electronics and electronic testing to continuously promote innovations in electric transportation in the smart connected car and energy industries.
/// Roundtable discussion: The rise of the local intelligent connected car industry chain - from chips to Tier1 to OEM
The development and transformation of the automotive industry from traditional cars to intelligent connected cars is just like the transformation of the mobile communications industry from feature phones to smartphones. A large number of emerging technologies have been introduced and integrated with traditional cars.
This is also a great opportunity for Chinese chip and parts manufacturers to enter the global automotive industry supply chain. Therefore, taking advantage of this event, we specially invited the technical leaders of representative Chinese leading companies: NIO, the famous Tier 1 manufacturer Desay SV, and Calterah Microelectronics, a design company for automotive millimeter-wave radar chips, to discuss the rise of the local intelligent connected vehicle industry chain. The roundtable forum was hosted by Professor Zhu Xichan, professor of the School of Automotive Engineering of Tongji University and director of the Institute of Automotive Safety Technology.
/// The road to autonomous driving: Radar and automotive Ethernet testing challenges and solutions
Autonomous vehicles and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) require higher bandwidth and lower latency, and automotive Ethernet provides a new backbone for faster automotive networks to meet these needs. It is rapidly replacing slower legacy networks such as CAN, LIN, and MOST, which cannot meet the data transmission speed requirements of modern ADAS and infotainment applications.
Keysight's innovative automotive Ethernet design and test solutions help you meet industry standards, from Layer 1 physical layer to higher protocol layers at Layer 7. We also continue to provide a wide range of serial bus tests for I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, CAN FD, CXPI, SENT, LIN, FlexRay, BroadR-Reach and MOST to meet the networking needs of the automotive industry.

New energy electric vehicles - overall testing solution from battery to motor
In this report, we will introduce the test methods of power systems such as batteries (cells, monomers, modules, battery packs), motors, charging piles, inverters, etc. in the field of new energy. The hybrid electric vehicle and electric vehicle (HEV/EV) market is developing rapidly. The emergence of these vehicles in the automotive market has brought new challenges to automotive design and manufacturing. The most striking change may be the addition of new high-voltage and high-power batteries to the traditional 12 V platform. The batteries of hybrid and all-electric vehicles now reach more than 300 V. These high voltages bring more costs and risks.
Keysight Technologies works closely with leading manufacturers in the HEV/EV market to solve key problems in the field of high voltage and high power testing. At the same time, Keysight Technologies acquired Scienlab, a German professional new energy measurement manufacturer, in 2018, thus completing its full set of solutions in the new energy field. This conference is also the first time that Scienlab has been made public at Keysight World, introducing complete test solutions for battery cells, modules, battery packs, BMS, CDS, etc. to customers.

How Keysight Technologies provides one-stop end-to-end testing solutions for new energy vehicle customers
In the field of new energy, we provide customers with end-to-end one-stop solutions, not just simple test instruments. The solutions built based on DC Emulator, AC Emulator and Machine Emulator can be applied to multiple test fields such as Inverter, high-power DC-DC Converter, motor, etc.
Latest test solution display
At this seminar, Keysight will simultaneously exhibit relevant test solutions, including 5G V2X test solutions, millimeter radar test solutions, and automotive Ethernet test solutions. You are welcome to watch. Relevant engineers will also be present to communicate face-to-face with "engineering lions" friends.
We are committed to helping enterprises, service providers and government customers accelerate innovation and create a secure and connected world. Since the founding of HP in 1939, Keysight Technologies has been operating independently as a new electronic test and measurement company on November 1, 2014.
