Speaker introduction:
Dr. Thomas Neyer
Senior Vice President of GaN Technology Development, Infineon Technologies R&D
Dr. Thomas Neyer received his doctorate from the Technical University of Vienna in 1995. From 1997 to 2008, he held various senior positions in the design, development and manufacturing of silicon BCD and power semiconductors at Infineon. After that, Thomas Neyer established the R&D organization for power semiconductors at Fairchild Semiconductors and expanded the focus to SiC technology, which was successfully launched on the market. In 2022, Thomas Neyer returned to Infineon to be responsible for the development organization of Infineon's GaND and most recently for the integration management of the GaN system R&D team.
