I want to meet some friends who work in semiconductors (WeChat public account icbank)

QQ, WeChat 416000888 (chips, testing, packaging) We welcome everyone, we are all friends

Reply to [ Micro Community ] and discuss with tens of thousands of semiconductor practitioners. In the era of mobile Internet, we should not become passive recipients of information, but transform ourselves into creators of information.

Since the reform and opening up, China has undergone tremendous changes, but some precious things have been lost with the changes of the times. Reflecting on the food safety problems, medical problems, education problems, corruption and other problems in China, all of them are related to what we are missing. This article may not be a beautiful article like chicken soup for the soul, but it is a very realistic article. It may not be completely correct, but it is worth our deep thought!

1. Lack of gratitude

In ancient China, there was a saying that "a drop of water from someone should be returned with a spring of water". Unfortunately, now everything has become an exchange of interests. Westerners have Thanksgiving, but what about us? Only money.

We can give alms to a stranger, but lack lasting care and return to our benefactors, including our parents and friends!

2. Lack of faith: What else do we believe in?

In ancient China, there were actually two complete belief systems: the official class believed in history and could sacrifice their lives to leave a name in history; the common people believed in ghosts and gods, so-called "there are gods three feet above the ground", and God is watching what people do. In today's Chinese society, people generally have no faith. Everyone only believes in what they can see, such as money and power, and does not think about the meaning of life, such as why we live. Chinese people do not know how to be reverent, and there is no unified moral standard, so value judgments vary greatly. Without faith and fear, problems are prone to occur when there is no ideological guidance and the cost of emotional blame for crimes is low.

3. Lack of morality and integrity

It is a fact that the lack of integrity is common among Chinese people. For example, in the market we can find water-injected pork, vegetables with excessive pesticides, poisonous rice, vermicelli with "Diaobaikuai", and poisonous soy sauce made with "hair water". Administrative efficiency is low, judicial efficiency is low, and the cost of violating the law for those market participants who are dishonest and do not abide by the rules of the game is relatively low, and dishonest behavior does not receive corresponding punishment, so the market often sees reverse elimination. Let me ask, when the death rate of coal mining is much higher than the clearance rate of bank robbery, how can coal miners not consider robbing a bank? Let me ask, if the probability of a successful hit-and-run is high, will they still take the initiative to plead guilty? Therefore, the more dishonest people are, the easier it is for them to be rewarded by the market.

4. Unconditional confidence

The decline after the Qing Dynasty caused China's status to plummet. The tragedy of the invasion history still lingers in the hearts of the Chinese people. Although China is now the second largest economy, due to environmental pollution, food safety, human rights and legal issues caused by the transition period, the Chinese people have not yet established self-confidence. In terms of culture, humility has always been the focus of education, which has also made some Chinese people evolve from modesty to humility. Many people seem to be far less unconditionally confident and justified than foreigners in their future and destiny. They even have an inexplicable hopelessness, pessimism and even gloating mentality towards the country.

5. Health through backpacking

60% of Chinese adults have high blood sugar, one in five people die from cancer, and an average of 1,500 people die from sudden death every day... These health statistics are chilling. It is sad that the young mentor Kai-Fu Lee has cancer recently. The body is the capital. Only with health can you have everything.

6. Have a restful sleep

A reality that cannot be ignored is that people now have a poor awareness of sleep health, but sleep disorders are becoming more and more prominent, especially among young people. Young and middle-aged people still have a big misunderstanding about the treatment of sleep disorders. Even if they have serious sleep problems, they are unwilling to seek medical treatment or take medicine for fear of drug dependence, or they rush to seek medical treatment and take medicine indiscriminately. The survey shows that more than half (55.5%) of Chinese people believe that work pressure has a great impact on sleep, 55.3% of Chinese people use various sleep aids, and 14 out of 100 Chinese people are still awake after 12 o'clock in the morning...

7. Personal space and time

Overtime is a pain for Chinese people. It is said that there is no overtime problem in the United States. People get off work on time, and the time after get off work is purely personal and cannot be disturbed by anyone. It is said that the most hardworking Germans live and work like this: spend nearly half an hour bathing or showering every morning, go to work 4 to 5 days a week, work 8 hours a day, take a 2-hour lunch break, and have a 2.5-hour coffee break. On average, Germans take 173 days off per year, which is almost equivalent to working 1 day and resting 1 day. For young white-collar workers in China who have such great work and life pressure, as long as they don’t die of exhaustion on the way to overtime, we should be thankful!

8. Someone who teaches you how to love and be loved

This is an era of surplus. Unsalable goods are left over, and those who are unsalable in marriage and emotion are also left over. Data shows that there are more than 11 million leftover men, and the number of leftover women is also rising. Platonic love seems to be getting farther and farther away. Some people are always lonely, and some people have found the wrong half. According to the Southern Daily, for seven consecutive years, the divorce rate in my country has been rising year by year. There are more divorces among people aged 22 to 34, more divorces among people married for 7 to 10 years, and people born in the 1980s have become the main force of divorce. In first-tier cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, the divorce rate is as high as one-third. According to national civil affairs statistics, in the first quarter of last year, a total of 465,000 couples in China registered for divorce, and an average of 5,166 families broke up every day, an increase of 17.1% over the same period last year.

9. Return to the innocence of childhood

Regarding the childlike innocence, Li Zhi, a thinker in the Ming Dynasty, said: The childlike innocence is the truth... If you lose the childlike innocence, you lose the truth, and if you lose the truth, you lose the truth. The fairy tale king Zheng Yuanjie said: The childlike innocence is more important than childhood. With an unextinguished childlike innocence, it is easy to be happy and satisfied, and full of vitality in creation.

10. Pleasant and comfortable entrepreneurial environment

Last year, Forbes released a list of "30 Chinese Entrepreneurs Under 30", from which we can find that young Americans are free to give full play to their creativity in many fields such as the Internet, biopharmaceuticals, new energy, media, and catering, while the industry space for young Chinese entrepreneurs to display their talents is relatively narrow, among which the Internet has become an industry where they gather.

Forbes magazine believes that it is difficult for young Chinese entrepreneurs to make a difference in traditional industries, so e-commerce and online games have become the biggest blue ocean for the rise of commercial forces, because these are wild enough and lack rules and existing forces. Chinese entrepreneurs lack roles like "Silicon Valley mentors" and lack institutional support and services. Family culture is proud of their children's "successful admission to the imperial examinations", which have become obstacles to Chinese youth entrepreneurship.
