In May this year, Nanjing's largest Internet maker space "Coffee Cafe-Incubator" officially opened in Xuzhuang Software Park. The incubator is also the world's first Internet incubator coffee shop. During the "12th Five-Year Plan", after being awarded the titles of "National Copyright Demonstration Base", "Jiangsu Modern Service Industry Cluster", and "Jiangsu Software and Information Service Industry Demonstration Park", this year it was successfully selected as the "National E-commerce Demonstration Base", "Jiangsu E-commerce Demonstration Base", and "Nanjing Cultural Industry Park"... After more than ten years, Xuzhuang Software Park has insisted on accelerating the pace of transformation and upgrading, improving quality and efficiency, and making every effort to promote the park's work to a new level, focusing on expanding and strengthening the park's existing software information industry and health industry cluster advantages. From January to November this year, the park's public budget revenue achieved a year-on-year increase of 36%. It can be seen that Xuzhuang's "soft power" and "soft service" characteristics in science and technology have been brought into full play. The scale of enterprise agglomeration has increased . Since the official start of construction in 2005, Xuzhuang Software Park has always insisted on growing together with enterprises. By the end of 2015, there were nearly 500 enterprises settled in the park, accommodating about 50,000 employees; the number of professional qualifications such as dual-soft enterprises and high-tech enterprises accounted for 90% of the whole district. A number of industry leaders such as Suning and Xiansheng have settled in and developed, and a number of key entrepreneurial and innovative projects such as Tuniu, Setes, and "Baijiahui" have been deployed in the park, and two major leading industrial clusters of software information and medical health have been initially formed. There are 21 headquarters and branches of listed companies in the park, and another 12 companies are planning to be listed, and the scale of the listed enterprise cluster is gradually emerging. Talents drive high-end innovation "Talents are the first resource for transformation and innovation," said Xue Lei, director of the Xuzhuang Software Park Management Committee. "We must continue to forge the 'smart core' of talents and consolidate the intellectual foundation of the park." At present, the park has introduced and cultivated 19 people in the National Thousand Talents Plan, 30 people in the Jiangsu Province Double Innovation Plan, 3 Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Innovation Teams, 117 leading science and technology entrepreneurial talents in Nanjing, and 12 science and technology entrepreneurs; the total number of talent projects at or above the municipal level is nearly 300; a group of high-level entrepreneurial talents and high-growth innovative enterprises such as Yu Dunde and Tuniu, Lu Lijun and Setes, Xu Ming and Bolande have been cultivated, becoming a talent gathering highland in the district and an important display window for talent work in the city. Project highlights carrier support The project carrier is an important support point for the economic development of the park. Since the park implemented transformation and upgrading, it has orderly promoted the detailed control and adjustment of the overall planning of the park to enhance the development space of the park. In 2015, Xuzhuang entered a new round of concentrated project construction. The natural endowment of "mountains, waters, cities, and forests" in the park, together with the increasingly prosperous science and technology industry, constitutes the unique and beautiful green ecological Xuzhuang, which is praised by many visiting overseas talents as the "Silicon Valley of Nanjing". Open concept and good service

"Service" is another major advantage of the park. Adhering to the open concept of "diversity, integration, and dynamics", the park integrates the introduction of multiple resources and forces, guides the construction of a number of entrepreneurial and innovative incubator service platforms such as the Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute, the Internet of Things and Integrated Circuit Industry Innovation Center, the "Baijiahui" open drug innovation platform, and the Coffee-Incubator, and has initially formed a service system framework with distinct Xuzhuang characteristics and in line with the development of Villari.
