Anlu SALSWIFT 1 Series FPSoC

The SALSWIFT1 series is a new low-power FPSoC product. The chip integrates logic units, storage units, video processing units, RISC-V processor cores and other resources. It is positioned in the high-bandwidth video data processing and bridging programmable system chip market, while maintaining low Under the premise of reducing power consumption, it provides MIPI data sending and receiving capabilities up to 17.6Gbps bandwidth.

Product performance

Anlu Technology's SALSWIFT1 series FPSoC devices have the characteristics of low power consumption, high integration and high flexibility:
•Rich logic resources and peripheral interfaces, RISC-V CPU hard core supporting RV32IMCA instruction set;
• Freely selectable storage solutions, supporting ERAM, FLASH and large-capacity PSRAM, etc.;
•Built-in two four-channel MIPI hard cores provide MIPI data sending and receiving capabilities up to 17.6Gbps bandwidth;
•Supports ultra-small package of 4.5mm×4.5mm.

Anlu Technology's SALSWIFT1 series FPSoC adopts a RISC-V CPU+FPGA hybrid architecture, integrates a RISC-V CPU hard core, supports a three-level pipeline, and has a maximum main frequency of 160MHz; the FPGA contains equivalent 6K LUTs logic resources. In addition, the SF1 series chips It also integrates MIPI hard core controller, PSRAM hard core and controller, etc. It can meet the needs of size, weight, power consumption and cost-sensitive markets such as video processing and consumer electronics. It can easily realize logical bridging, interface expansion, system control and other functions of image sensors and screen displays, while simplifying system design and saving PCB area.
