AMD RADEON PRO Technology Seminar 2024 held at CEC Port

On May 31, the "Together Surpassing and Achieving Together" 2024 AMD RADEON PRO Technology Seminar was successfully held at the Malanshan Holiday Inn in Changsha, Hunan. The seminar was jointly hosted by AMD and China Electronics Port, and brought together technical experts from AMD, Jiye Vision, Abee, Yian Cloud and other companies. The invited guests shared AMD RADEON PRO series products and applications, ecology and software platforms, demonstrating AMD's top computing and graphics processing capabilities in high-performance workstations and professional-grade computer configurations, providing support for the computing power performance requirements of artificial intelligence applications.

Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial Park cooperated with China Electronics Port and AMD to establish the "Advanced Computing Industry Joint Laboratory". All parties will make full use of their own advantages in product innovation, technical expertise, ecosystem construction and resource aggregation, focusing on high-performance computing and ultra-high-definition video rendering technology exploration. The laboratory will be committed to expanding the AMD ROCm platform ecosystem and accelerating the development of high-performance video processing technology, aiming to become a core base for driving technological innovation in the high-definition video industry. Director Hu of the Malanshan Party Working Committee and Management Committee said that Malanshan has used new strategies in the application of new technologies, and joint innovation has been greatly improved, achieving gratifying results at the application level.

As the first guest speaker, AMD data center GPU expert Philip Zhou introduced AMD's AI strategy. AMD's CPU and GPU products cover the cloud to the end, and the products have penetrated into many well-known manufacturers. Radeon Pro supports scenarios that require AI acceleration, including live broadcasting, gaming, and generative AI. Whether it is Windows or Linux, the product can be easily installed and deployed.
