2.54mm FPC-to-Board Connectors
A compact USCAR-T2V2 compatible connector for automotive battery management systems, automotive onboard chargers, and automotive microcontrollers. FPC-to-board connectors simplify layout and reduce weight in BMS applications, providing an alternative to discrete wire-to-board solutions. These connectors are rated for 3A per contact, feature flexible soldering, and are available in dual-row connectors with 10 to 30 positions in vertical and horizontal TH and SMT configurations.
Amphenol's automotive connector NETBridge ™ has ushered in its new generation NETBridge+ ™ , which meets the USCAR-2 performance standard. It is a modular automotive Ethernet connector system that uses twisted pair cables and has a transmission rate of up to 10Gb/s. It can provide miniaturization and sealed configurations and is suitable for various smart connected car applications, including body control, telematics, multimedia and infotainment.
Amphenol has launched a new product in the card edge connector series, the PCIe ® M.2 Gen 5 connector , which meets the PCI Express ® 5.0 specification requirements, supports higher data rates up to 32Gb/s, and has a rated current of up to 1A. It is compatible with the dimensions of earlier versions and is very suitable for tablets, notebooks, and ultra-thin enterprise storage and server applications. Amphenol's M.2 PCIe ® Gen 5 right-angle card edge connector has 67 gold-plated contacts on a 0.50mm pitch and is available in a variety of connector heights, including 4.2mm, 6.7mm and 8.5mm, and a vertical version is coming soon.
Amphenol's newly developed 400G QSFP DD SR8 optical module The maximum link length on OM4 multimode fiber is 100 meters, which can achieve a data transmission rate of 400Gb/s, and the maximum transmission rate of each channel is 53.125Gb/s. The module has a reliable design, outstanding coupling efficiency, and can provide excellent BER and high sensitivity. It complies with major industry standards such as IEEE 802.3cm, QSFP DD CIMS 4.0, and QSFP DD Hardware 5.1. It is the only choice for cloud computing, big data, and data center construction related technologies.
Amphenol Power Solutions recently introduced the next generation of PwrBlade® Mini connectors in the PwrBlade® series . The PwrBlade® Mini series supports higher density ultra-thin power and signal and can be used in mezzanine, board-to-board (BtB) and cable-to-board (CtB) configurations.
PwrBlade® MiniMezz is currently an ultra - thin power and signal mezzanine connector with stack heights ranging from 8mm to 25mm, which can be increased by 1mm and provide up to 0.8mm of clusterability for blind mating applications. The - board connector is only 8.10mm, and no PCB suspension is required during mating; the PwrBlade® Mini wire-to-board has a squeeze unlocking or CPA locking function, which can achieve reliable connection in many different applications. MiniMezz connectors are available now, and board-to-board and wire-to-board versions will be launched soon.
For similar power and signal connectors, Amphenol has also launched the new ComboLock® wire -to-board hybrid connector system, which is compact, reliable, and modular in design. It not only saves space, but also facilitates assembly and cable management. The rated current carrying capacity of the ComboLock® wire-to-board hybrid connector is up to 10A/pin (power) and 1.5A/pin (power), the power line size is 26AWG to 18AWG, and the signal line size is 30AWG to 24AWG. It can be applied to modern consumer products such as personal care equipment (hair dryers), home care equipment (cleaning robots), home automation systems (alarm systems), and can also be used in storage and server applications.
