ADI System Solutions Selection (Volume 6) is now online, and a paper version is available for everyone to request!

ADI System Solution Selection is a series of signal chain solutions launched by ADI mainly for the Chinese market in order to facilitate customer design and simplify system integration. Each solution selection is based on the application theme, clearly listing complete and flexible signal chain diagrams, system design elements, major challenges currently faced by the industry, and ADI's value proposition for solving these problems and related product portfolio recommendations.

In the past year, we have added 11 selected solutions. At present, ADI has more than 40 system solutions available for free download, covering industrial instrumentation, energy, process control, automotive applications, healthcare and other aspects, which are well received by customers. At the request of engineers, we will update and reprint this solution selection every year for readers to read and refer to. We sincerely hope that ADI system solution selection can continue to meet your work needs and accelerate your development and design.

• Touch screen test solution (This solution is used to improve the reliability and consistency of touch screen manufacturing and achieve quality control in high-standard large-scale manufacturing. This solution discusses how to measure the capacitance of touch screens in large-scale production and how to find defective touch screens before mounting IC driver chips.)

• Arbitrary waveform generator solution (The ADI arbitrary waveform generator solution introduced in this article focuses on applications with bandwidths below 300MHz. ADI's advanced DAC technology is used to provide lower spurious and noise indicators.)

• Lithium-ion battery test equipment solution (In order to perform electrical testing in the lithium-ion battery manufacturing process, highly integrated, efficient, and accurate test equipment is required, which is also the highlight of this ADI solution. Compared with the first-generation IC AD8450/AD8451+ADP1972/ADP1974, the second-generation integrated IC is smaller in size, more robust, and more cost-effective.)

• ADI's Electronic Trip Unit (ETU) Solution in Low Voltage Circuit Breaker Applications (Electronic Trip Unit (ETU) is a programmable device used to measure and monitor the current flowing through low voltage circuit breakers (MCCB and ACB) and send a trip signal at a specific time. In modern low voltage power distribution systems, more communication/intelligent functions are required to achieve higher-level system features (such as zone interlocking), so microprocessor-based electronic control units are becoming more and more popular in low voltage switchgear/circuit breaker systems.
