MEMS is a revolutionary new technology that is widely used in high-tech industries and is a key technology related to the country's scientific and technological development.

MEMS gyroscopes are realized through Coriolis force. This chapter uses vivid animations to explain this principle and introduces why industrial-grade gyroscopes use differential or even quad-core design structures.
