Design of an intelligent elevator voice system Design of an intelligent elevator voice system Source: PLC&FA Author: Gao Hongliang Zhou Sheng 1 Introduction With the acceleration of urban civilization and modernization, the service requirements for elevators in buildings are getting higher and higher, and people are increasingly pursuing an intelligent and humanized elevator riding environment. In terms of elevator voice services, the main service is currently traditional manual services, that is, the elevator manager informs passengers of the floor they are going to and other related service information. This paper takes a single-chip microcomputer and ISD voice chip as the core, designs an elevator voice service system, realizes the intelligence and automation of elevator voice services, and adapts to various elevators with relatively high service requirements. 2 Device function introduction Winbond\'s ISD series voice chip uses the patented \"direct analog storage\" (DAST) technology. The signal does not need to go through complex digital signal processing processes such as D/A, A/D conversion, digital compression and speech synthesis, which reduces distortion and greatly improves its sound storage effect compared with previous products. The actual listening and subjective evaluation can reach the level of a tape recorder. It is one of the voice circuits with the best recording and playback effects on the market. The ISD4004 voice chip uses CMOS technology, including crystal oscillators, anti-aliasing filters, smoothing filters, automatic squelch, audio power amplifiers, and high-density multi-level flash storage arrays (see Figure 1). Therefore, only a few peripheral devices are needed to form a complete sound recording and playback system. The chip design is based on the fact that all operations are controlled by a microcontroller, and the operation commands are sent in through a serial communication interface (SPI or Micwire). The sampling frequency can be 4.0kHz, 5.3kHz, 6.4kHz, and 8.0kHz. The lower the frequency, the longer the recording and playback time, and the sound quality is reduced. The information on the chip is stored in the flash memory, which can be saved for 100 years (typical value) in the case of power failure and recorded repeatedly 100,000 times. The device has an operating voltage of 3V, an operating current of 25~30mA, a maintenance current of 1uA, a single-chip voice recording and playback time of 8~16min, and good sound quality. It is suitable for mobile phones and other portable electronic products. [pic] Figure 1 ISD4004 series voice...
