Inclination sensors can be widely used in industrial automation, engineering machinery, medical equipment and other fields. Inclination sensors developed based on MEMS technology and single-chip microcomputer technology have 7-segment LCD display and standard RS-485 communication interface. They are small in size and low in power consumption. They can be used as detection instruments or as measurement and control units connected to the field bus to achieve network detection. The sensor has been put into practical application with good results. In construction or road paving, it is often necessary to level and calibrate engineering machinery or rack devices, and to detect the construction quality. The most common problem encountered at this time is the measurement of level and tilt. If a tilt sensor with digital display and digital communication interface can be designed to replace various simple tools such as bubble-based level rulers, it can be installed on these construction machinery for automatic leveling and can also be used as an instrument for detecting construction quality, which just meets the needs of this industry. In view of this, in the development of the tilt sensor, a thermal convection accelerometer based on micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) technology is used as a sensing element, and single-chip microcomputer technology is applied to realize this sensor design.
