High temperature impregnation process for electrical coils: The high temperature impregnation process for electrical coils is based on the traditional impregnation process and increases the impregnation temperature. The pre-baking temperature of the electrical coil is 5 to 10°C higher than the boiling point of the organic residue contained in the impregnation paint, and then it is quickly immersed in the impregnation paint at room temperature or even low temperature. The impregnation process can be completed in a few minutes or even seconds, which shortens the impregnation time by 1/2, improves the quality and reduces the cost. In order to improve the quality, operation reliability and service life of electrical products, the impregnation process of electrical coils is very important. Traditional impregnation is carried out at 40 to 50°C, and the experimental research on high temperature impregnation began in 1964, but it was not until the early 1980s that Harbin Fenghua Machinery Factory took the lead in practical application. Now more than ten years have passed, and tens of thousands of electrical coils treated with high temperature impregnation process have never had any quality accidents.
