Application of Microcomputer Fuzzy Control in TIG Inverter Power Supply

The arc current fuzzy control algorithm is established in the real-time detection arc current control system of TIG welding inverter power supply. A dual-input single-output fuzzy controller model is adopted, that is, the change of arc current and its change rate are used as the two input quantities of the fuzzy controller, and the input voltage for adjusting the phase-shifted PWM pulse width is used as the output quantity of the fuzzy controller. The overall block diagram of the single-chip fuzzy control is given, and the design process of the corresponding fuzzy controller is introduced in detail.
