The garbage grab crane is the core equipment of the feeding system of the domestic waste incineration plant. Since the garbage grab crane works in a dusty, high temperature, high humidity and highly corrosive gas environment, the electric control cabinet is not installed on the crane, but is placed in a closed control room for centralized control. Therefore, the position recognition function of the garbage grab crane is very important. The conventional method is to identify the stack position through a rotary encoder, and to achieve the protection of the operating area, the positioning of the feeding point, and the identification of the maintenance position through a large number of travel switches. Due to the poor working conditions on site, the travel switch failure is difficult to maintain, and the drag cable signal is too much and not easy to replace, which is particularly prone to safety problems and the automatic operation cannot be run. This solution proposes to use Gray busbar precise position detection technology, non-contact absolute position detection mode, real-time detection accuracy of 5 mm, long-term stable operation in dusty, high temperature, high humidity and highly corrosive gas environments, maintenance-free. The entire material pit is digitally processed, and the position of grabbing and feeding can be clicked on the touch screen to realize automatic grabbing, automatic repetition of feeding and stacking, automatic parking and other process operations, and has real-time dynamic measurement, grab state monitoring and fault diagnosis alarm functions.
