With the development of technology, the means of developing microcontrollers are becoming more and more advanced, while the price is constantly falling. When FLASH microcontrollers are widely used, the use of software simulation and chip writing verification has become an economical and practical experimental method. In recent years, many microcontrollers have ISP functions, which can be programmed with just one download line, and no programmer is needed. The SST series microcontrollers launched by the American SST company have integrated simulation functions. With Keil software, the user\'s target board can directly have simulation functions, pushing the usability of microcontrollers to a new level. SST89E564RD is a microcontroller with an embedded 89C52 core launched by the American SST company. In addition to all the resources of 89C52, it also adds 768 bytes of XRAM (address range 100H-2FFH); adds 64KBlock0 Flash (address range: 0000H-FFFFH), and the original 8KFlash of 89C52 is Block1, occupying the address space of 10000H-11FFFH. The simulation software SoftICE connected to Keil is already embedded in SST89E564RD when it leaves the factory. The Firmware and Keil can download the C or assembly generated code directly to Block0 through the serial port, and can be debugged online. The software occupies the first 4K of Block1 and the last 1K of Block0 Flash space, and occupies the serial port and timer 2 during debugging.
