Abstract: This paper proposes a system design scheme for data acquisition of multi-channel micro-strain signals using ARM and FPGA architecture. The zero point calibration of the micro-strain sensor is realized by adjusting the analog quantity of FPGA output and the internal digital quantity. The sampling parameters in FPGA, such as sampling rate, number of sampling channels, starting channel, etc., can be modified through ARM. The functional modules inside FPGA are introduced in detail. The application results show that the system runs stably and reliably, has high acquisition accuracy, and has certain practicality.
