Technical conditions for the main power switch for automobiles This standard is formulated according to the standard formulation and revision plan of the National Automobile Industry Standardization Technical Committee and in combination with the needs of the development of the domestic automobile market. This standard is based on the relevant provisions of QC/T413-2002 \"Basic Technical Conditions for Automobile Electrical Equipment\" and GB/T1.1-2000 \"Standardization Work Guide Part 1 Structure and Writing Rules for Standards\". During the revision process, this standard refers to the relevant content of the domestic and foreign automobile industries, and adds product test items and test methods, etc., mainly to improve the reliability and practicality of the product. The original standard is feasible in terms of content and structure. This revision is based on the original standard and makes appropriate supplements and improvements to some of the contents. Compared with QC/T427-1999, the main changes of this standard are as follows: 1. Cancel the interchangeability test in the original standard, Article 5.13 of the 1999 version of the original standard. 2. Added standard numbers and standard descriptions to the referenced standards. The standard numbers are GB/T2423.1, GB/T2423.2, GB/T2423.8, GB/T2423.17, GB/T2423.22. For details of standard numbers and standard descriptions, please refer to Article 2 of this version. 3. Added standard table of contents page, in accordance with the requirements of GB/T1.1 standard structure and writing rules (see page I of this version) 4. Added the definition of mechanical switch and electromagnetic switch, in accordance with the requirements of GB/T1.1 standard structure and writing rules (see Article 3 of this version). 5. Modified the protection level of the trigger type, canceled IP10 (Article 4.4.1.a of the 1999 version), and this version is IP55 in Article 5.4.1.a. 6. Added marking requirements to make the product traceable (Article 5.6 of this version). 7. The switch ambient temperature range has been modified. The original standard was -40℃~65℃ (Article 4.3 of the 1999 version), and this version is -40℃~75℃ Article 5.3. 8. The torque value has been modified. The original standard was 30~60N.m, (Article 4.7.1 of the 1999 version), and this version is 3~6N.m, and the content has been added. When the user has clear requirements, the user\'s required value will be implemented. In this version, Article 5.9.1.1. 9. The voltage drop of some main contacts has been modified. The maximum conduction current of 12V is 1000A/1500A, and the voltage drop of the main contact is ≤400mV/≤500mV; the maximum conduction current of 24V is 1000A/1500A, and the voltage drop of the main contact is ≤600mV/≤800mV; the original standard 1999 version Article 4.8. This version has added content. If the user has clear requirements, the user\'s required value will be implemented in accordance with this version. 10. Added free fall impact test, this version\'s 5.12, considering the accidents that may occur during the transportation of the product. 11. Added overload resistance test, this version\'s 5.13, applicable to mechanical switches, mainly considering the mechanical strength of the product handle. 12. Added contact action time test, this version\'s 5.15, considering the reliability of the contact action during the working process of the product. 13. Added insulation resistance test, this version\'s 5.18, considering electrical products, it is necessary to do insulation resistance test. 14. Added dustproof test, Article 5.23 of this version. According to the enclosure protection level requirements of the switch, it is necessary to do a dustproof test. 15. Added water spray test, Article 5.24 of this version. According to the enclosure protection level requirements of the switch, it is necessary to do a water spray test. 16. Modified the durability test. The original standard did not require durability tests in low and high temperature environments (Article 4.15 of the 1999 version). This version requires durability tests to be conducted at different ambient temperatures and supplements the content. When the drawings have clear requirements, they shall be implemented according to the requirements of the drawings. Article 5.26 of this version.
