On-site intelligent monitoring devices are the foundation and key to building a control network. The use of high-end embedded technology to develop Ethernet field intelligent devices is an important development trend. This paper proposes a monitoring system based on embedded industrial Ethernet technology, and elaborates on the hardware and software design process of embedded industrial Ethernet monitoring devices, including the implementation of a 32-bit microprocessor system, the implementation of an Ethernet interface unit module, the analysis and transplantation of the uCLinux embedded operating system, the analysis and implementation of the driver under uCLinux, the analysis of Socket sockets, the analysis of HTTP protocol, the implementation of an embedded Web server, etc. Keywords: Monitoring and Controlling System; Industry Ethernet; Embedded; Microprocessor Abstract: Intelligent measurement equipments are basic and key of control network.
