Abstract: Handheld devices are widely used in the field of industrial and mobile products and make the ARM processor and Windows CE operating system tightly coupled. ADOCE is used as the strategic high-level interface for accessing the database under the Windows CE operating system, and the OLEDB data interface is used to achieve fast data access to SQL Server CE. Remote data access (RDA) and wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) technologies are used to support wireless data synchronization between handheld mobile devices and SQL Server servers. Through comprehensive analysis and combining their respective characteristics, a wireless commodity rapid positioning system is successfully implemented on the ARM-WinCE5.0 platform, and its operability and effectiveness are verified, which produces good economic benefits.
