In view of the fact that the current parameter setting of phase-locked speed controllers is mostly optimized manually by experiment and trial and error, a new ant colony parameter optimization strategy for phase-locked speed controllers with fast capture band as the objective function is proposed. The objective function is established, the parameter optimization method of the phase-locked speed controller using the ant colony algorithm is derived, and the specific implementation steps of the new algorithm are given. Finally, the optimization scheme is used for the speed control of the high-speed brushless DC motor of the magnetic levitation control torque gyroscope. Simulation studies have shown that the phase-locked speed controller parameter optimization strategy has strong adaptability and robustness, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme are verified through experiments.
