Meetings are one of the important tools for coordinating and guiding supervision activities. Every supervisor is familiar with holding meetings, but it is not easy to hold a meeting effectively. For the director who presides over the supervision meeting, a successful meeting is mainly based on the following three elements: first, the management of meeting tasks; second, the meeting procedures; and third, the preparation of meeting documents. Based on my own experience in the front line of supervision over the past few years, I would like to express my superficial views on this.
