Multisim simulation test of RC circuit time constant in university physics experiment

For the purpose of exploring the simulation technology of electrical experiment in university physics, the time constant parameters of RC circuit were simulated and tested by Multisim10 simulation software. Starting from the expression of capacitor voltage uC when the capacitor of RC circuit is charged and discharged, the relationship between uC and time constant is analyzed, and several experimental schemes of Multisim simulation test time constant are given. The simulation experiment can intuitively and vividly describe the working process of RC circuit and related parameter tests. Transferring the hardware experimental mode of circuit to diversified mode is conducive to cultivating the ability of knowledge integration, knowledge application and knowledge transfer, making circuit analysis more flexible and intuitive.
