After the Zhejiang Power Grid implemented the power market on the generation side, it made clear regulations on the control accuracy of the active power of the generator set and made it one of the important indicators of economic assessment. The boilers of the #7 and 8 units of Taizhou Power Plant use a direct-blowing pulverizing system. Due to its large adjustment inertia, it is not conducive to the precise load control of the unit. This paper attempts to conduct a preliminary analysis of the impact of the operation mode and start-stop process of the pulverizing system on the control load command, and explores methods and measures to better control the unit output and meet the needs of the system.
