The key to the promotion and application of LonWorks lies in the development of network nodes. With TP/FT-10F module and AT89C2051 single-chip microcomputer as the core, the interface circuit is designed, and a universal multi-input/output intelligent control node module is developed. The range of the analog signal acquisition circuit is adjusted by software; the DAC7513 is used to make the amplifier output voltage almost equal to the power supply voltage; the digital signal input/output circuit is simplified by diode isolation; the anti-electromagnetic interference ability is improved by adding decoupling capacitors between the power pin and the ground pin, adopting a multi-layer circuit board layout, and connecting the unused input end of the digital chip to a high level. The analog and digital circuit units are connected to the analog ground and digital ground respectively, and then the two ground wires are connected to one point, which effectively reduces the impact of static discharge; the node fault diagnosis strategy process is proposed. The universal multi-input/output intelligent control node module operates reliably. Keywords: LonWorks; multi-input/output; node design
