This book is divided into 6 parts. The first part is Basic Knowledge of Statistics and Skills of SAS Software Application. It introduces the basic concepts and learning methods of statistics, the introduction of experimental design, statistical description, the introduction of SAS software application, the skills of writing SAS utility programs, single variable statistical analysis and the method of drawing common statistical graphs using SAS/GRAPH module. The second part is Experimental Design and Statistical Analysis of Quantitative Data. It introduces the experimental design and data processing methods related to t-test, nonparametric test and various variance analysis. The third part is Experimental Design and Statistical Analysis of Qualitative Data. It introduces various statistical analysis methods for processing two-dimensional and high-dimensional contingency table data, including chi-square test, Fisher\'s exact test, canonical correlation analysis, logistic regression model and log-linear model. The fourth part is Experimental Design and Regression Analysis. It introduces the types and selection methods of regression analysis, simple linear regression, polynomial regression, simple curve regression, multivariate linear regression, covariance analysis, direct experimental design and regression analysis of its data. The fifth chapter, survival analysis, introduces the basic concepts such as the characteristics of survival data, survival time function and classification of survival analysis methods; non-parametric analysis methods of survival data, COX model analysis methods and regression analysis methods of parametric models. The sixth chapter, multivariate statistical analysis, introduces principal component analysis, factor analysis, correspondence analysis, cluster analysis, discriminant analysis and canonical correlation analysis.
