Combining the characteristics of variable structure control, adaptive control and fuzzy technology, an adaptive fuzzy variable structure control method is proposed. Firstly, a variable structure controller with integral switching plane function is designed, and a two-dimensional fuzzy boundary layer width regulator is constructed to weaken chattering. Secondly, based on the Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive algorithm is introduced to adaptively adjust the variable structure control parameters. The control experimental results applied to the hydraulic servo system show that the proposed control method can weaken chattering, improve the steady-state control accuracy of the hydraulic servo system, and has strong robust adaptive comprehensive performance.
