The on line parameter adjustment based on man machine interface in thickness predicted control system of four roller hydraulic rolling machineis introduced. This enhanced the control accuracy for predicted control and decreased the thickness error in rolling products. Its products (strips and foils) are important raw materials for various industries such as light industry, electronics, and aviation. Therefore, the accuracy of strip products directly affects the national industrial level. The accuracy of strip products is restricted by various factors, among which the fluctuation of the thickness of the inlet strip will seriously affect the accuracy of the outlet thickness. Therefore, modern four-roll hydraulic rolling mills are equipped with thickness gauges on the inlet side, and the thickness pre-control system is used to improve the mill\'s ability to eliminate the interference of inlet thickness fluctuations on outlet thickness. The hydraulic rolling mill drives the oil cylinder through the electro-hydraulic servo valve to drive the rollers up and down. Because the oil cylinder is an integral link, a position closed-loop system must be formed through a position sensor to achieve roll gap positioning and thickness pre-control. Other error elimination systems are compensated by adjusting the roll gap set value, so the position closed-loop system is called the main loop of the thickness automatic control (AGC). Figure 1 shows the control system block diagram of the Φ210/Φ500 × 800mm four-roll hydraulic rolling mill.
