Due to the limited measurement accuracy of electrical equipment and sensor failure or interference from multiple factors such as noise and electromagnetic waves, it is difficult to accurately estimate electrical signals. Based on Kalman filtering and multi-scale sensors, a method for reconstructing multi-sensor systems is given by using local wavelet pre-value processing. Simulation results show that the algorithm not only improves the estimation accuracy by using multiple sensors, but also has strong robustness to the sudden unknown interference of sensors. This interference may come from sensor failure or random electromagnetic interference. In order to accurately estimate the system state under the condition of sensor failure or random electromagnetic interference, and then analyze the system (including system component fault diagnosis), optimize the operating parameters, and provide technical guarantees for effective control. Keywords: sensor; electrical measurement; system reconstruction; information fusion
