Design of a novel cyclic shift permutation structure for quasi-cyclic LDPC code decoder

           The cyclic shift permutation unit is an important component of the partially parallel decoder of quasi-cyclic LDPC codes. This paper studies and proves the connection rules of each basic switching unit when the ReverseBanyan switching structure realizes information cyclic shift. Based on this rule, a non-blocking cyclic shift permutation structure based on a preset routing algorithm is designed. Compared with the Benes switching structure and the Reverse Banyan switching structure, the rate of information cyclic shift exchange is improved, and less hardware resources and area are occupied. Finally, an outgoing line conversion unit is designed, which is suitable for various cyclic shift switching structures.
