Common faults and troubleshooting of TW03A three-way thyristor power expansion trigger: A: In some cases, due to the high-power thyristor (especially dual silicon) of the subsequent stage, when the small solid-state relay is turned on, the thyristor of the subsequent stage fails to turn on in time, causing excessive current in the previous stage, burning the current limiting inductor or solid-state relay of the previous stage. B: When the thyristor of the subsequent stage is not connected, input 12V voltage, and use the resistance block of the pointer multimeter to measure the quality of the solid-state relay of the previous stage. C: User experience with domestic bidirectional thyristors (reference): It is recommended to use 2 and 3 phase limits, that is, negative pulse triggering.
