The application scope and basic algorithm of human-simulated intelligent controller are introduced, and the optimization control strategy of improved human-simulated intelligent controller, namely nine-point controller, is proposed. Through the design of temperature control scheme in engineering design, the influence of nine-point controller and PID controller algorithm on system dynamic performance is compared. The nine-point controller has simple algorithm, fast system response speed and simple parameter setting, which is particularly suitable for control objects without mathematical models. The parameters of the nine-point controller can be further optimized, thus transforming it into a nine-point five-state controller. The author also puts forward an improved HSIC which is called nine-point controller and the optimized control strategy. It is obvious that nine-point controller has the advantages of simple algorithm, rapid respond speed and easy parameter tuning way. Nine-point controller is especially suitable for the object without accurate mathematic medal.
