Semiconductor production planning is a typical multi-objective optimization problem, and existing optimization methods have certain shortcomings. Based on reasonable assumptions and simplifications, this paper proposes a model that maximizes profit, equipment utilization, and minimizes unsatisfied quantity, and adopts the idea of case-based reasoning, combined with adaptive resonance theory and multi-objective evolutionary algorithm to solve the semiconductor production planning problem. Simulation results show that this method can effectively solve the semiconductor production planning problem.
