The provincial network optimization center mainly grasps the operation status of the province\'s network through the monthly network optimization reports submitted by the branch companies and the relevant reports generated by the network management center. The timeliness is poor and the data is incomplete; the branch network optimization center mainly obtains performance reports and alarm reports from the network management center, logs in to the relevant network elements to view the configuration parameters for daily optimization work. The operation is complicated and time-consuming. Although the optimization personnel have spent a lot of time, their work efficiency is not very high. The above problems are a constraint on in-depth network optimization. The purpose of Noss is to use database technology to extract useful information from massive data at the provincial and municipal company levels, integrate various data required for optimization work, combine actual experience in optimization work, customize it on demand, make it simple and easy to use, and free the optimization personnel from complex, cumbersome and time-consuming operations. Therefore, collecting, integrating and transforming the network\'s configuration data, performance data, alarm data and engineering data, and conducting in-depth analysis and reproduction of network operation conditions have become important topics in the construction of Noss.
