The output signal of the measuring instrument used on site does not conform to the fieldbus protocol. If it is replaced or configured with a conversion interface, the cost will increase significantly; the existing base station type patrol detection instrument does not have the control function and does not conform to the fieldbus communication protocol. For this reason, this paper has developed a universal power station base measurement and control system. This paper mainly introduces the principle and design of its hardware. As the mainstream distributed control system of power station thermal control, it is no longer very advanced in technology. With the formation and improvement of the international standard of Fieldbus, the fieldbus instruments and systems that are truly decentralized in measurement and control and are concentrated in the control room through communication lines instead of a large number of cables will gradually upgrade DCS and become the mainstream of the control system. At the same time, due to the improvement of the domestic instrument design and manufacturing technology level, the software and hardware environment for the development of such instruments is available. Seizing the opportunity, keeping up with the pace of thermal control technology, and developing fieldbus intelligent instruments to improve the monitoring level of power stations are the purpose of this study. This paper introduces the principle and design of the hardware of the universal power station base measurement and control system.
