High-speed real-time image acquisition and adaptation based on FPGA

  An adaptive threshold algorithm for image processing based on FPGA is proposed to achieve high-speed real-time detection of the center of the laser spot. Using a 3 × 3 window module and an adaptive threshold module, the CCD input data is first processed to determine the range of the spot, and then the centroid algorithm of the spot is used to calculate the pixels occupied by the spot to obtain the off-target amount of the spot position. This paper achieves the technical indicators of off-target amount frame rate of 3000 frames/s and accuracy of 2μrad, realizing the high-speed and high-precision tracking requirements.
