Mobile Robot Navigation Based on Least Squares Support Vector Machine

Firstly, the mobile robot CASIA-I and its working environment are used as the experimental platform to determine the reward function of reinforcement learning; then the minimum support vector machine based on rolling window is used to solve the generalization problem in reinforcement learning. Finally, the proposed method is experimented, and the experimental results show that the proposed method can avoid navigation falling into local minima and has strong adaptability to unknown environments.
