1. Introduction to the core board
SOM-XQ7Z15 is a heterogeneous multi-core industrial core board designed based on the Xilinx Zynq-7000 series XC7Z015 high-performance and low-power processor launched by Guangzhou Xingqian Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. The processor integrates PS-side single/dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 + PL-side Artix-7 architecture 28nm programmable logic resources, a maximum frequency of 766MHz, supports 6.25G high-speed SerDes, and can support PCIe, SATA, SFP, etc. The
PL-side program can be configured and burned through the PS side, and the PS side and PL side can be developed independently. The core board uses an industrial-grade B2B connector board-to-board, which has been verified by professional PCB Layout and high and low temperature tests. It is stable and reliable and can meet various industrial application environments.
