Research on parameter estimation of low elevation angle signals in near space

This paper mainly discusses two basic problems in near-space low-elevation angle telemetry and control communication: channel modeling and simulation of near-space low-elevation angle telemetry and control communication, and estimation of near-space low-elevation angle telemetry and control signal parameters. The simulation results show that the maximum likelihood joint estimation method proposed in this paper has good performance and can meet the CRB requirements of joint parameter estimation in the ground-to-air two-path channel model.
