They have complex circuit structures, powerful functions, small circuit board size, high device density, and fast clock and data transmission speeds. These characteristics make electronic equipment more and more complex, increasing the difficulty of automatic testing and fault diagnosis of digital circuit boards. Electronic equipment of weapons and equipment must be repaired. A key step in maintenance is to automatically test and diagnose the circuit boards of electronic equipment, and the fault must be isolated to the components to repair the circuit boards. Traditional instruments and meter equipment and testing means and methods can no longer meet the automatic testing and fault diagnosis of modern digital circuit boards. Fault detection equipment that adapts to modern digital circuit boards must adopt advanced automatic testing and fault diagnosis equipment and technology. This equipment is automatic test equipment (ATE/ATS), which is based on computer software and hardware technology.
